Browse the vial or pen collection and save products in your cart. Online checkout will open after payment methods for your country are ready.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact support@aminosociety.org as soon as possible with your order number. An order can only be changed or cancelled before it has entered fulfillment.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates and any free-shipping eligibility will be shown for your delivery country when checkout opens.
Do you ship internationally?
Amino Society plans to accept orders from the United States and India when checkout opens. Product availability and shipping options may differ by country.
How are products packaged for shipping?
Vials are cushioned against impact and sent in plain outer packaging. Review the product label for storage information when the package arrives.
Where can I find a Certificate of Analysis?
Open the COA library, select your product and use the lot printed on the product label to request the matching batch document.
How do I verify a boxed product?
Find the scratch-off security sticker on the box, reveal the code and enter it on the verification page. Keep the packaging until the check is complete.
What is the return policy?
If an order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact support within seven calendar days of delivery with the order number and clear photos. Opened, reconstituted, used, altered or improperly stored products cannot be returned.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Labs, institutions and high-volume researchers can email support@aminosociety.org with the products and quantities needed to request a quote.
